The project scope is to link all three buildings with a series of major combined lobby and retail spaces.

The central lobby is a dynamic and flexible area which redefines the traditional commercial lobby. It contains a movable concierge and a range of collaborative seating, work and meeting spaces.

It is a highly crafted volume featuring a timber coffered ceiling, integrated artwork and themed lighting.

All levels of 345 George St have been fully refurbished and podium levels are converted to high end retail. The podium façade has been redesigned for this purpose.

A new glazed awning passes over both 345 and 363 George St facades to create a singular presence on George St.
